Tony Judt (n.1948, Londra - d. 2010, New York), istoric, scriitor, ziarist si profesor britanic. Specialist in probleme europene. Colaborator la publicatii americane (The New Republic, New York Review of Books),  britanice (Times Literary Supplement), franceze (Le Monde).

In septembtie 2008 e diagnosticat cu scleroza laterala amiotrofica. Paralizat timp de doi ani. Se stinge din viata in 2010.
